We were also very pleased with the two young men who did the work…….efficient in their removal of our old windows and the installation of the new ones.  They seemed very conscientious in seeing that all details were complete….they were courteous and personable…
 
Finally, they made sure everything was in order and cleaned up before they left.

     This is Tom Moore...  and your crew just left after replacing the leaking double pain patio glass, and rollers on the other one.  I just wanted to say thanks, you guys are the best.  You’ve replaced screens, rollers in the past, and now the leaking window and rollers, all while actually answering the phone, showing up when you say you will, and most important doing quality, professional work.  I am willing to pay for that, gladly, just wish other contractors had your standards.  I will recommend your company to anyone on the coast.  Thank you again, and from my family to all of yours, Merry Christmas.

I would also like to commend the two workers you sent out here for the job.  I would have given up if faced with the task they had to figure out.  40 years of paint over rusted bolts holding a hundred pound pot metal frame around that window which was also blocked by a 4” cast iron drain pipe bolted in front of what they had to remove…well they were clever….and tenacious…and they got it done in record time.  They were courteous and professional, their work was extremely clean and it just looks great.  Kudos to you for attracting and keeping such wonderful tradesmen on your crew.
